WhatsApp order bot for a food delivery
The bot shows the menu, collects the order and the address, and passes them to the kitchen.

The task
Orders arrived as free-form messages, and the operator had to ask again for the address and the items.
What I did
- Built a button menu and an in-chat cart
- Added address and delivery-time checks
- Set up order hand-off to the kitchen's work chat
Result
Orders reach the kitchen in one format; the operator steps in only for edge cases.
